We deliver between 10:30 pm-6 am, they stay out all day and we return to pick them up after 6 pm.

We deliver every night, including weekends and holidays. Holiday deliveries add 20% to the base rate.

A regular display (50 flamingos, turtles, 40 bats or rabbits, 30 of everything else) will fill up the average size yard. Items are 2-2.5 ft high, 1.5-2 ft across. You can't miss them! And we do combinations, too.
Each display includes a 2'x3' yard sign and a 5"x7"delivery card with your personal message. You may customize the sign for $5.

Yes. If there is a 24 hour guard, you will need to advise them we will be there 2 nights, to deliver and again to pick up. If there is no guard at night, then we will need the gate code to enter. If the address does not exist or it's a gated community we can't get into, we'll only charge you 1/2 to cover the trip out there. We will do our very best to make the delivery, and our migrators go the extra mile to make it happen for you. We like to make people happy. It's no fun to pay for a delivery that can't be made, so be certain we can gain access.

All our animals are very polite and well behaved. They will always wait for the migrator to return to pick them up for the next adventure.

Just call us before noon the day before for a full refund. If you cancel less than 10 hours before delivery, we will make a 50% refund and discount your next order by the balance. Just give us a call and we'll work it out for you.
When we take the order, we will read the address back to you and confirm that address. If we deliver the flock to that address, you will be charged. We will do our very best to make the delivery, and our migrators go the extra mile to make it happen for you. If the address is wrong, we catch it , and can locate the correct address, we will deliver, with a charge for the extra time we spent to ascertain the correct address. If the address does not exist or it is a gated community we cannot get into, we will only charge you 1/2 to cover the trip out there. We like to make people happy. It is no fun to pay for a delivery that cannot be made or is not where you intended, so be certain the address you supply is where you really want the display to go.
Yes, we can deliver to commercial areas, office and apartment buildings. You will need to be sure we have permission to be on site and have access at night. You would be responsible for any missing or damaged items.
